Questions
What do I need to use ChartSignal?
A TradingView account. ChartSignal works on any TradingView plan, including free. ChartSignal Pro alerts need a paid TradingView plan (Essential or higher), because TradingView's free plan doesn't allow indicator alerts.
How do I get access after buying?
Enter your TradingView username at checkout. Access is added to your account, usually within minutes. Then open any chart, go to Indicators → Invite-only scripts, and add ChartSignal.
Which markets and timeframes does it work on?
ChartSignal is built and tested for 5-minute charts, mainly on Nasdaq-100 futures (NQ / MNQ). You can add it to other markets, but its settings were developed on NQ.
Does it repaint?
No. Signals only appear after their candle closes, and the 1-hour setups use completed 1-hour candles.
Will I win every trade?
No. No indicator can promise that. Many ★ trades end at breakeven, some lose, and results vary from week to week. Use proper risk management and never trade money you can't afford to lose.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Please check that you have the right TradingView plan before buying, especially for Pro.
How do I cancel?
Weekly, monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
