By buying or using ChartSignal or ChartSignal Pro ("ChartSignal"), you agree to these terms.
1. What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the ChartSignal invite-only indicator on your own TradingView account for as long as your plan is active. ChartSignal Pro adds alert features. A TradingView account is required, and Pro alerts require a paid TradingView plan, which is not included.
2. Your account
- Access is granted to the TradingView username you provide. Keep it accurate.
- Do not share, resell, copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute ChartSignal, its signals or its alerts.
- We may remove access for any breach of these terms, without refund.
3. Billing
- Plans renew automatically (weekly, monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- New-customer prices apply only during the time shown on our website.
- All sales are final. See our refund policy.
4. No advice, no guarantees
ChartSignal is an educational tool and not financial advice. Results are not guaranteed. See our risk disclaimer.
5. Availability
ChartSignal runs on TradingView. We are not responsible for TradingView outages, changes to TradingView's features, plans or policies, or delayed or missed alerts. We may update or change ChartSignal at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChartSignal is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
