Refund policy

All sales are final

ChartSignal and ChartSignal Pro are digital products delivered to your TradingView account. Because access is granted immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including weekly, monthly and yearly plans and any partial billing period.

Before you buy

• ChartSignal works on any TradingView plan, including free.
• ChartSignal Pro alerts require a paid TradingView plan (Essential or higher). TradingView's free plan does not allow indicator alerts. Your ChartSignal membership does not include a TradingView plan.
• Double-check your TradingView username at checkout; access is granted to that username.

If you never receive access

If we cannot grant access to your TradingView account (for example, because of a problem on our side), contact support@chartsignal.co. If we can't fix it, we will refund that purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
